It’s true. We’ve sat in the meetings. We’ve heard the questions and looked across the table at co-workers thinking, “we’re not having the same conversation again, are we?”
Instead of walking away from those meetings and throwing our hands in the air, we decided to do something different. We went to the whiteboard and knew there had to be a better way to do things. We read all the books and listened to the podcasts, and then we put our ideas to the test in the companies we had been a part of. We spent years refining our processes and seeing success at every turn along the way. And that’s how INOV8R was born.

From the boardrooms to the front lines, I've always sought to challenge the status quo and inspire those around me to reach new heights.

Holding true to the characteristics of a first-born child, I am a responsible, cautious, determined, rule following, go-getter. I believe we were all created on purpose for a purpose and love cheering someone on as they find their unique callings. Whether it’s at home or working with clients, collaboration and communication are keys to success for me.

Bringing alignment to chaos through process and structure. Helping people identify and understand the work they enjoy doing then cheering them on as they thrive in their genius. Taking that a step further is helping teams build alignment and apply processes that allow individuals to thrive and businesses to grow.

Faith, family, and friends are what matter most. Whether it’s dinner with friends on a Friday night or sitting in church on Sunday, we live for the weekends. Camping, beach vacations and getting lost in a good book also rank high on the list of life beyond the office.
